I’m TK Lamb, the founder of JDI, LLC – a boutique consulting company specializing in organizational performance and process management. I’m excited to tell you about myself and what makes JDI different.

But don’t just take my word for it – let me tell you a little about my background. I have an undergraduate finance degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. I earned an MBA from the University of South Florida, specializing in information technology and organization. I hold various other certifications, and professional and leadership development credentials. I have also worked in government, industry, and the nonprofit sector, and I am a U.S. Navy Veteran. This has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on.

I have a passion for the visual arts and gardening. I’ve found that these have helped me look at and solve complex business problems from an innovative and creative perspective. JDI’s creative approach sets us apart from other consulting firms. JDI doesn’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. We begin every engagement with a zero-sum-value process, meaning we will only accept the project if we can deliver more value than we are paid. We only partner with highly experienced and skilled professional people to do it. This helps us build long-term relationships with our clients and deliver results that exceed expectations.
